24.1 Shared Personnel and Facilities.

(a) Questar does not share operating personnel with any marketing or

energy affiliate.

Information on any operating facilities or operating personnel that

Questar shares with any of its marketing or energy affiliates will be

available on its Internet Web site. Such information will be updated within

seven business days of any change.

24.2 Complaint Procedure. If a party has a concern relating to any

request for service or any ongoing service, the party may request a shipper

inquiry form, an example of which appears in Part 5 of this tariff. The party

shall complete the inquiry form and return it to:

Questar shall respond initially within 48 hours of receipt of shipper's

inquiry. Each inquiry will be noted on the service request log. Each inquiry

shall be investigated, and Questar shall inform the party in writing within 30

days of receipt of the party's inquiry of any action taken. Questar shall

maintain a separate file for all shipper inquiries and Questar's responses.

24.3 Affiliated Gathering Company Standards.

(a) Questar will provide nondiscriminatory access to all sources

of supply in accordance with Part 284 of the Commission's regulations and will

not give shippers of its gathering affiliate undue preference over shippers of

nonaffiliated gatherers or other customers in scheduling, transportation,

storage or curtailment priority.

(b) Questar will not condition or tie its agreement to provide

transportation service to an agreement by the producer, customer, end user,

or shipper relating to any service by any gathering affiliate, any services

by it
