When capacity is recalled, it may not be reput for the

same gas day. The deadline for notifying Questar of a reput

is 8:00 a.m. to allow for timely nominations to flow on the

next gas day. Recall notifications to Questar must be

expressed in terms of total released capacity entitlements.

Questar is not obligated to deliver in excess of the total

daily contract quantity of the release. For recall

notification provided to Questar prior to the recall

notification deadline specified above (NAESB Standard

5.3.44), and received between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.,

Questar will provide notification to all affected

replacement shippers no later than one hour after receipt of

such recall notification. For recall notification provided

to Questar after 5:00 p.m. and prior to 7:00 a.m., Questar

will provide notification to all affected Replacement

Shippers no later than 8:00 a.m. after receipt of such

recall notification.

6.21 Compliance by Replacement Shipper - By acquiring

released capacity, a replacement shipper agrees that it will

fully comply with all terms and conditions of this tariff.
