(e) Shall be provided according to availability determined by §

9 of the General Terms and Conditions.

3. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

(a) Questar will not purchase or otherwise provide gas to supply

a shipper's NNT service. A shipper will receive only the amount of NNT

service that its designated NNT sources can provide.

(b) Shipper shall verify in writing that it has contracted for

adequate sources of supply to support its level of NNT service and that these

sources have sufficient reliability and flexibility to meet shipper's NNT

service requirements.

(c) Shipper will receive NNT service on demand up to shipper's

level of NNT service specified in its service agreement irrespective of

shipper's scheduled daily nomination.

(d) Shipper will make provisions for load forecasting and will

timely notify Questar of changes to shipper's daily demand.

(e) Shipper shall provide a list of all primary receipt and

delivery points and quantities of gas to be assigned to each receipt and

delivery point for NNT service.

(f) Shipper shall provide to Questar a cut-and-boost list or

other contracts determined by Questar to be necessary to determine priority of

sources supporting NNT service.

(g) Shipper may authorize Questar to act on its behalf to

nominate quantities of gas required from receipt sources designated by shipper

to provide the NNT service.

(h) Questar may issue operational flow orders requiring shipper

to provide gas supplies or take any other action necessary for Questar to meet

shipper's NNT requirements. Shipper must comply with operational flow orders

immediately upon receipt.

(i) Upon the request of shipper, if capacity is available and if

system integrity is not jeopardized, Questar will receive from or deliver to a

shipper a quantity of gas in excess of the RDC specified in the shipper's

service agreement, subject to the terms of §§ 9 and 11 of the General Terms

and Conditions of Part 1. The service (i) shall be available only to the
