RATE SCHEDULE T-1

FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE 1/

1. AVAILABILITY

Questar will provide transportation service under this Rate Schedule T-1

to any shipper according to Part 284, Subparts B and G of the Commission's

Regulations provided:

(a) Questar has pipeline system capacity available to render the

requested firm service.

(b) Shipper and Questar have executed a transportation service

agreement for service under Rate Schedule T-1.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1. Firm Service. The transportation service provided under this rate

schedule:

(a) Shall be firm service performed pursuant to 18 C.F.R. Part

284, Subparts B and G;

(b) Shall apply to all gas transported by Questar for shipper

under this rate schedule up to the reserved daily capacity (RDC) stated in the

transportation service agreement;

rate schedule and in §§ 9 and 21 of the General Terms and Conditions;

(d) Shall be provided according to availability determined by §

9 of the General Terms and Conditions; and

to the provisions of this tariff that begin at Sheet No. 40. References to

the "Statement of Rates" are to Sheet Nos. 5-7 and any additional or

superseding sheets that make up the Statement of Rates in this tariff.
