1/The stated take-or-pay pipeline supplier charge

assigned to Questar by Colorado Interstate Gas Company and

approved by the Commission's March 27, 2002, letter order in

Docket No. RP02-173-000 shall be passed through to QGC, with

any applicable carrying costs, upon Commission approval

according to 25 of the General Terms and Conditions.
