Seller will bill Customer each month for gas lost or unaccounted for in Seller’s operations at the

rateof one percent (1.0%) of the gas injected on Customer’s behalf in the preceding month and

at the rate of one percent (1.0%) of the gas withdrawn on Customer’s behalf in the preceding

month.
