PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Honeoye Storage Corporation (“HSC” or “Seller”), a New York corporation, owns and

operates a natural gas storage facility and related compression equipment and pipelines,

collectively known as the Honeoye Storage Project, located in Ontario County, New York. The

Honeoye Storage Project receives, injects, stores, withdraws and delivers natural gas transported

in interstate commerce subject to jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

The facilities are connected to Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (“Tennessee”) .

This Original Volume No. 1A of the FERC Gas Tariff of HSC contains the Rates and

Charges, Rate Schedules, Forms of Service Agreements and the General Terms and Conditions

applicable to open-access storage service and other services performed by HSC.
