with Customer's credit or ability to pay based on information received
by Canyon, Canyon may request in writing that the Customer provide the

Customer fails to satisfy the credit criteria, Canyon shall notify
Customer in writing and Customer shall elect and comply with one (1)
of the options in subsection 5.7(b) hereof within ten (10) days of
such notice. If Customer fails to timely provide the information or
timely make an election and comply with the options, if applicable,

applicable requirement. Canyon shall notify the Commission in writing
of any curtailment under this provision.
