remain in full force and effect until .............................

This Agreement shall continue in effect after said date and from

year to year thereafter unless cancelled by either of the parties

hereto upon twelve (12) months' written notice to the other.

NOTICES

7.1 NOTICES

Except as herein otherwise provided, any notice, request,

demand, statement, bill, or payment provided for in this Agreement,

or any notice which either party may desire to give to the other,

shall be in writing and shall be considered as duly delivered or

furnished when mailed by registered or certified mail return receipt

requested or when transmitted in the most timely manner available

and appropriate to the Post Office address of the parties hereto as

follows:
