GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(b) CAPACITY

(1) Capacity available for firm service is

communicated to requestors of that service under the provisions

of the applicable firm Rate Schedule. The general availability

of firm capacity is also communicated by Canyon's Interactive

Website which is described in Section 15 of these General Terms

and Conditions.

(2) Capacity available for interruptible

services is communicated to holders of interruptible Agreements

by representatives of Canyon in response to the Shippers'

nominations for service under Canyon's first come, first served

queue. The nomination and confirmation procedure is detailed in

Section 9 of these General Terms and Conditions and in the

Transportation Handbook available as provided in subsection (c).

The general availability of interruptible capacity is also

communicated by the Informational Postings portion of Canyon's

Interactive Website, which is described in Section 15 of these

General Terms and Conditions.

(3) When available capacity is affected by

construction projects or unforeseen conditions, Canyon

communicates such information primarily via its Interactive

Website (and primarily by posting on the Informational Postings

portion thereof) to its Shippers. Canyon also uses letters or

telephone calls to communicate capacity information when such

means are appropriate.
