GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

16.2 DEFINITIONS

(a) BID VALUE

The value assigned to a Qualified Bid or a

Prearranged Release according to the bid evaluation procedures set

forth in Section 16.10 or, if applicable, the bid evaluation

procedures set forth in the Capacity Release Request.

(b) CAPACITY RELEASE REQUEST

The request that a Releasing Shipper submits to

initiate the capacity release procedure under this Section 16.

(c) ELIGIBLE FIRM COMPRESSION AGREEMENT

A compression agreement under Rate Schedule FCS.

(d) MAXIMUM BID VOLUME

The maximum amount of capacity the Qualified Bidder

agreed to accept in its Qualified Bid.

(e) MINIMUM BID VOLUME

The minimum amount of capacity the Qualified Bidder

agreed to accept in its Qualified Bid.

(f) ORIGINAL SHIPPER

The entity who is the Shipper under an Eligible

Firm Compression Agreement (other than through a capacity release).
