(8) REGULATORY REPORTING

This system component contains the

information required in FERC Form No. 592 for all requests for

service made by affiliated marketers or in which an affiliated

marketer is involved for transportation or storage, that would be

conducted pursuant to Subparts B or G of Part 284 of the

Commission's Regulations. The Regulatory Reporting System also

contains any other related information required under the

Commission's Regulations relative to required informational

postings.
