GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.23 RECEIPT POINT
"Receipt Point" shall mean any point at which gas is
tendered by or for the account of Shipper to Canyon for
transportation as specified in an Agreement or as applicable to
service under such Agreement by operation of this Tariff.
1.24 REQUESTS FOR CAPACITY
"Requests for Capacity" as used in Section 4 shall mean a
valid request by any Prospective Shipper for service or by an
Existing Shipper for additional service under Rate Schedule FCS.
1.25 SHIPPER
"Shipper" may refer to Existing Shippers, Prospective
Shippers, FCS Shippers, or ICS Shippers, individually or
collectively, depending on the context. In addition, in a given
context, Shipper may refer to an entity which is seeking to become a
Shipper.
1.26 STANDARD REPORTING BASIS
Standardize the reporting basis for Btu as 14.73 psia and
60 degrees F (101.325 kPa and 15 degrees C, and dry). Standardize the
reporting basis for gigacalorie as 1.035646 Kg/cm squared and 15.6
degrees C, and dry.
Standardize the reporting basis for gas volumes as cubic
foot at standard conditions of 14.73 psia, 60 degrees F, and dry. For
gas volumes reported in cubic meters, the standard conditions are
101.325 kPa, 15 degrees C, and dry.
1.27 SYSTEM
"System" shall mean the pipeline, any compression, and
related facilities owned by Canyon.
