6. NOMINATIONS, SCHEDULING CHARGES, IMBALANCES AND OVERRUN CHARGES
(a) Shipper shall provide Canyon with daily nominations of
receipts and deliveries by Receipt and Delivery Point in accordance
with the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff. It shall be
Shipper's responsibility to cause gas to be delivered to Canyon at
Receipt Point(s), and to cause gas to be taken from Canyon at
Delivery Point(s), in accordance with the information supplied to
Canyon.
(b) It shall be Shipper's responsibility to keep receipts
and deliveries in balance. Canyon may curtail service hereunder to
the extent necessary to bring receipts and deliveries into balance.
Any imbalance between actual receipts and actual deliveries shall
be eliminated by cashout on a monthly basis in accordance with the
General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
