for the day on which the unauthorized overrun occurred.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Canyon shall waive the Unauthorized

Overrun Charge (but not the Authorized Overrun Charge) by the time

billing is made if no operational problems were created by the

unauthorized overrun.
