14. CAPACITY RELEASE PROGRAM

14.1 Subject to the provisions of this FERC Gas Tariff, any Shipper

taking service under an executed Service Agreement under Rate

Schedules FTS or FSS may release and subsequently recall and reput

all or any portion of its capacity under such Service Agreement.

(a) A Shipper under Rate Schedules FTS or FSS that desires to

release capacity under this Section 14 must notify

Transporter via the capacity release section of

Transporter's LINK® System, of the following:

(1) whether the release is on a permanent or a temporary

basis;
