13.2 Procedures Used to Inform Shippers of Availability and Pricing of

Transportation Service. Transporter transports Natural Gas on an

open access basis at the rates set forth in this FERC Gas Tariff.

Shippers and potential Shippers may determine the availability of

transportation service by reviewing the unsubscribed capacity

postings on Transporter's Internet Website under Informational

Postings or by submitting valid requests for such service to

Transporter in accordance with Section 18 of these General Terms

and Conditions. Shippers may determine the availability of a

discounted transportation rate by submitting a request to

Transporter pursuant to the provisions of Section 33 of these

General Terms and Conditions.

13.3 Procedures Used to Inform Shippers of Availability of Capacity.

(a) Shippers that have valid Service Agreements with Transporter

may determine the capacity available for transportation by

submitting Nominations to the Transporter in accordance with

Section 19 of these General Terms and Conditions.

(b) General information regarding capacity on Transporter's

system will be posted on Transporter's Internet Website

under Informational Postings.
