its records and charts, together with calculations therefrom, for
inspection, subject to return within thirty (30) Days after
receipt thereof. The measurement equipment of Shipper shall be for
check purposes only and, except as expressly provided in an
executed Service Agreement, shall not be used in the measurement
of Natural Gas for purposes of such Service Agreement.
3.6 Calibration and Test of Meters. The accuracy of all
measuring equipment shall be verified by Transporter at reasonable
intervals, and, if requested, in the presence of representatives
of Shipper, but neither Transporter nor Shipper shall be required
to verify the accuracy of such equipment more frequently than once
in any thirty (30) Day period. If either Transporter or Shipper
at any time desires a special test of any measuring equipment, it
will promptly notify the other and Transporter and Shipper shall
then cooperate to secure a prompt verification of the accuracy of
such equipment.
3.7 Correction of Metering Errors. If, upon any test, any
measuring equipment is found to be inaccurate, such equipment
shall be adjusted immediately to measure accurately. If upon any
test the measuring equipment in the aggregate is found to be
inaccurate by two percent (2%) or more at a recording
corresponding to the average hourly rate of Natural Gas flow for
the period since the last preceding test, previous recordings of
such equipment and any payments based thereon shall be corrected
at the rate of such inaccuracy for any period which is known
definitely or agreed upon, but in case the period is not known
definitely or agreed upon, such correction shall be for a period
extending over one-half of the time elapsed since the date of the
last test, not exceeding a correction period of sixteen (16) Days.
3.8 Failure of Measuring Equipment. In the event any measuring
equipment is out of service or out of repair so that the quantity
of Natural Gas received or delivered through such meter cannot be
ascertained or computed from the readings thereof, the
