3. RATES AND CHARGES

Not applicable. There are no rates or charges for No-Notice

Service under Transporter's Rate Schedule NNS; however, Shipper is

responsible for all applicable rates and charges under its Service

Agreements for service under Rate Schedules FTS and FSS.

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff

are incorporated herein and made a part hereof; provided, however,

that to the extent that such terms and conditions are inconsistent

with any provision set forth herein, the terms and conditions of

this Rate Schedule NSS shall control.
