RATE SCHEDULE FTS (continued)

3.4 In addition to the rates charged for transportation provided under

this Rate Schedule FTS, Shipper shall reimburse Transporter:

(a) For the costs, as determined under Section 17 of the General

Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff, of facilities

installed by Transporter with Shipper's consent to receive,

measure, transport and deliver Natural Gas for the account

of Shipper.

(b) For Fuel Usage and Lost and Unaccounted For. Shipper shall

tender to Transporter, in addition to volumes for delivery,

an additional volume of Natural Gas to reimburse Transporter

for Fuel Usage and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas, which will

be charged to Shippers under this Rate Schedule FTS using

the fuel reimbursement percentage and a Lost and Unaccounted

For ("LAUF") retention percentage shown on the currently

effective Statement of Rates for Rate Schedule FTS.

(c) For any and all filing fees or other costs incurred which

are related to the specific transaction and required in

connection with Shipper's Service Agreement or by any

applicable regulation.

(d) For all charges incurred for scheduling and/or delivery

imbalances, as set forth in Sections 21, 23 and 24 of the

General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff.
