PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Ozark Gas Transmission, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company

(referred to herein as "Transporter"), owns and operates a natural gas

pipeline system extending from Latimer County, in eastern Oklahoma, through

Arkansas and ending in Dunklin County, Missouri. Ozark Gas Transmission,

L.L.C. is a "natural-gas company" within the meaning of the Natural Gas Act of

1938, as amended, 15 U.S.C. §§ 717 - 717w, and is subject to the jurisdiction

of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission thereunder. It offers firm and

interruptible natural gas transportation and related services subject to the

rates and terms and conditions set forth in this FERC Gas Tariff.
