FORM OF SERVICE AGREEMENT UNDER RATE SCHEDULE ISS

THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), entered into on

________________, ____, is between Ozark Gas Transmission,

L.L.C. ("Transporter"), an Oklahoma limited liability

company, and ____________________ ("Shipper");

W I T N E S S E T H :

WHEREAS, Shipper has requested that Transporter store

or arrange for the storage of Natural Gas for Shipper; and

WHEREAS, Transporter has agreed to provide such storage

for Shipper subject to the terms and conditions set forth in

this Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and

the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties agree as

follows:

ARTICLE 1.

DEFINITIONS

1.1 Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity ("MDWQ") means the

maximum daily quantity of Natural Gas, expressed in

Dth, that Transporter is obligated to deliver from time

to time as withdrawals from storage, as specified in

Exhibit A to the executed Agreement.

1.2 Maximum Storage Quantity ("MSQ") means the maximum

amount of Natural Gas Transporter is obligated to store

for customer from time to time, as specified in Exhibit

A to the executed Agreement.

ARTICLE 2.

GAS STORAGE SERVICE

2.1 Transportation service rendered hereunder shall be

interruptible service as provided in Transporter's Rate

Schedule ISS, and as described in Section 2 of Transporter's

Rate Schedule ISS.
