RATE SCHEDULE ISS

INTERRUPTIBLE STORAGE SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

1.1 This Rate Schedule ISS is available for

interruptible storage service by Ozark Gas

Transmission, L.L.C. (hereinafter called

"Transporter") for any person (hereinafter called

"Shipper") provided that:

(a) Shipper first meets the creditworthiness

criteria set forth in Section 9 of this Rate

Schedule ISS;

(b) Shipper submits a valid Request for Service

in accordance with Section 18 of the General

Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC

Gas Tariff and Shipper and Transporter

subsequently enter into an appropriate

Interruptible Storage Service Agreement ("ISS

Service Agreement") for a term to be set

forth in the ISS Service Agreement in the

form contained in Transporter's FERC Gas

Tariff;

(c) Transporter determines that it has sufficient

available and uncommitted storage capacity to

perform the service requested by Shipper; and

(d) The Shipper requesting service must hold either firm or

interruptible transportation capacity sufficient to

accommodate the delivery of Natural Gas to Transporter's

storage and the redelivery of Natural Gas to Shipper from

Transporter's storage.
