1.59 "Tender" or "Tendered" shall mean making natural Gas available in

accordance with all of the provisions of this Tariff and Shipper's

Storage Service Agreement.

1.60 "Transporter" shall mean Young Gas Storage Company, Ltd.

1.61 "Upstream Party" shall mean the entity (Name or identifying number)

Delivering Gas to Transporter at a designated location as identified

by a Shipper's Nomination.

1.62 "Withdrawal Period" refers to the period commencing on November 1 of

each year and ending on May 31 of the next succeeding year.

1.63 "Withdrawal Quantity" is that quantity of Gas Delivered from storage

by Transporter for Shipper's account.
