3.3 Changes in Rates and Terms. Young shall have the right to propose
to the FERC such changes in its rates and terms of service as it
deems necessary, and this Agreement shall be deemed to include any
changes which are made effective pursuant to FERC order or
regulation or provisions of law, without prejudice to Customer's
right to protest the same.
ARTICLE IV
TERM
4.1 Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective on _______.
4.2 Termination Date. This Agreement shall continue in full force and
effect for a term _______________________________________.
4.3 Termination Obligations. Termination of this Agreement shall not
relieve Young or Customer of the obligation to correct any
quantity imbalances, or relieve Customer of the obligation to pay
money due Young. All warranties and indemnities shall survive the
termination of this Agreement.
ARTICLE V
CANCELLATION OF PRIOR CONTRACTS
5.1 Cancellation of Prior Contracts. When this Agreement becomes
effective, it shall supersede and cancel the following contract(s)
between the Parties hereto:

OTHER OPERATING PROVISIONS
6.1 Daily Nominations. Unless otherwise agreed, Customer shall submit
daily nominations to Young 4 hours prior to the beginning of the
Day of Tender. Nominations shall be made for each Agreement and
shall be submitted by Electronic Transmission and shall specify
the quantities which Customer intends to Tender at the Point of
Injection or to receive at the Point of Withdrawal. It shall be
Customer's responsibility to ensure that proper arrangements have
been made with any downstream pipeline for the Tender by Young for
Withdrawal Quantities.
