PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

This Tariff Volume No. 1 applies to underground storage of natural Gas

performed by Young Gas Storage Company, Ltd. (Transporter). Storage services

under this Tariff will be offered on a basis consistent with standards

precluding undue discrimination to all pipelines, local distribution

companies, end users, producers, brokers, marketers, and other potential

Shippers who request Transporter to provide service hereunder.
