ARTICLE V

GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORIZATIONS

It is hereby agreed that transportation service under this Agreement shall be implemented

pursuant to applicable authorizations of the Commission.

ARTICLE VI

NOTICES

Unless otherwise provided herein, any notice, request or demand which either party desires

to serve upon the other regarding this agreement shall be in writing and shall be

considered as delivered when hand delivered or, if mailed by United States certified mail,

postage prepaid, three (3) business days after mailing or, if sent by facsimile

transmission, when receipt is confirmed by the equipment of the transmitting party;

provided, if receipt of a facsimile transmission is confirmed after normal business hours,

receipt shall be deemed to be the next business day. Such notice shall be given at the

following addresses, or to such other address as either party shall designate by notice

in the manner provided herein:
