5. RESERVATIONS

Transporter reserves the right to take such actions as may be required to preserve

the integrity of its system, including maintenance of service to firm customers.

6. GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORIZATION

Transportation service under this Rate Schedule and effective IT Agreements shall be

implemented pursuant to any applicable self-implementing authorizations or program

of the Commission for which Transporter has filed or in which Transporter has agreed

to participate.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the GT&C of this Tariff, are applicable to this Rate Schedule and service

hereunder and are made a part hereof.
