Form, and Shipper requests refund, Western will return the

prepayment and cancel the effectiveness of Shipper's

request for firm transportation service.

20.5 Unbundling of Service - On the first day of the month

following the date on which Western's restructuring

pursuant to Docket No. RS92-53-000 becomes effective,

Western will convert its Buyers' existing sales

entitlements under the Sales Rate Schedules in accordance

with the following:

(a) Service under Rate Schedule CD-N will be converted to

an equivalent amount of firm transportation service

under Rate Schedule FT-N and unbundled sales service

under Rate Schedule GSS.

Buyer's MDCQ for the purpose of calculating conversion

rights shall be the MDCQ in effect on the date

Western's restructuring pursuant to Docket No. RS92-

53-000 becomes effective.

(b) Service under Rate Schedule CD-S will be converted to

an equivalent amount of firm transportation service

under Rate Schedule FT-S and unbundled sales service

under Rate Schedule GSS.

Buyer's MDCQ for the purpose of calculating conversion

rights shall be the MDCQ in effect on the date

Western's restructuring pursuant to Docket No. RS92-

53-000 becomes effective.

20.6 Limited Right of Relinquishment

(a) Firm Sales Service - Any Buyer entitled to firm sales

service under Western's Sales Rate Schedules shall

have a one-time right to relinquish all or part of

such firm sales entitlement by submitting a written

request to Western to reduce Buyer's Maximum Daily

Contract Quantity and/or Maximum Annual Contract

Quantity as set forth in its Service Agreement within

60 days of the date Western's restructuring pursuant

to Docket No. RS92-53-000 becomes effective. Western
