5. RATES AND CHARGES:

The rates and charges for service under this Rate Schedule are

set forth on the currently effective Sheet No. 10 of this FERC

Gas Tariff applicable to Rate Schedule FT-N, which Rate

Schedule is incorporated herein by reference.

6. NFT AGREEMENTS:

The Shipper must execute an NFT Service Agreement which will

be linked to a specific companion Firm Transportation Service

Agreement, the NFT Service Agreement term not to exceed the

term of the companion Firm Transportation Service Agreement.
