RATE SCHEDULE NFT
NO-NOTICE FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
(continued)
2.6 Gas subject to transportation under this Rate Schedule
shall not be subject to curtailment or interruption or
discontinuance except such caused by Force Majeure or in
accord with Section 15 of the General Terms and
Conditions of Western's FERC Gas Tariff, and shall have
priority of service over all deliveries made on an
interruptible service basis.
2.7 Priority of service and the allocation of capacity for
service under this Rate Schedule are pursuant to Section
15 of the General Terms and Conditions of Western's FERC
Gas Tariff.
3. NFT QUANTITIES:
The Shipper may contract for any level of NFT up to a maximum
of the MDTQ level of the corresponding Firm Transportation
Service Agreement. NFT must be designated for the Division or
the delivery points as stated in the corresponding Firm
Transportation Service Agreement, and is not eligible for
Division transfer. A shipper may contract for different NFT
quantities by month, for the term of the Service Agreement.
4. NFT GAS SUPPLIES:
All NFT Shippers will be required to schedule and deliver to
Western sufficient natural gas to meet their NFT requirements.
Under no circumstances is Western obligated to purchase and/or
sell natural gas in order to provide NFT service, and NFT
service is not a gas sales service; however, an NFT Shipper
may obtain gas supplies to meet its NFT requirements from
Western pursuant to a gas sales service agreement. Western
will meet its obligation to provide NFT service to a Shipper
by means of natural gas supplied to Western by the NFT
Shipper.
