Bidding Shipper understands that this Request Form,

complete and unrevised as to format, must be received by

Western before the Request will be accepted and processed.

In addition, Bidding Shipper agrees that it may not bid for

Released Capacity until notified by Western that it has

approved a specific level of creditworthiness and a

transportation quantity that will limit the amount of firm

capacity that Bidding Shipper may bid for pursuant to the

Released Capacity Serve. Bidding Shipper also understands

that it may be required to provide any additional

information required by Western's Transportation Request

Form set forth in this FERC Gas Tariff prior to executing a

Service Agreement.

Bidding Shipper, by its signature, certifies to Western

(1) that the information above is correct and accurate and

that all necessary transportation arrangements with the

upstream and downstream Transporters and/or Operators have

been or will be secured prior to the commencement of the

requested transportation service (2) that Bidding Shipper

will have good title to, or the good right to deliver the

gas that is to be delivered to Western and (3) that Bidding
