ARTICLE I

Quantity

1.1 The Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity (the

"MDTQ") shall be ____________________ Dth per day. The MDTQ

shall be the largest daily quantity of gas Shipper may

tender for transportation in this aggregate to all Primary

Receipt Points, exclusive of Retention Quantities if

applicable, and receive at all Primary Delivery Points as

specified on Exhibits A and B hereto on any Day.

1.2 Shipper may tender natural gas for transportation

to Western up to the MDTQ plus Retention Quantities, if

applicable. Subject to the terms, conditions and

limitations of Rate Schedule IT-___ and the General Terms

and Conditions, Western agrees to receive the aggregate of

the quantities of natural gas that Shipper tenders for

transportation at the Receipt Points, up to the Maximum

Daily Quantity specified for each such Point on Exhibit A

hereto, and to transport and deliver on an interruptible

basis to Shipper at each Delivery Point specified on Exhibit

B, up to the Maximum Daily Quantity specified for each

such point on Exhibit B, the amount tendered by Shipper less

Retention Quantities, if applicable, (as provided in Rate
