Shipper upon 180 days prior written notice to the other

specifying a termination date at the end of such period or

any yearly period thereafter.

ARTICLE IV

Receipt Point(s) and Delivery Point(s) and Maximum Daily

Quantities

4.1 The Receipt Point(s) and Maximum Daily Quantity

for each point, for all gas delivered by Shipper into

Western's pipeline system under this Agreement shall be at

the Primary Receipt Point(s) on Western's pipeline system as

set forth in Exhibit A and the Alternate Receipt Point(s) as

set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto. The aggregate of

the Maximum Daily Quantities for all Primary Receipt

Point(s) set forth on Exhibit A may exceed Shipper's MDTQ

but such aggregate together with the Maximum Daily

Quantities for all Alternate Receipt Point(s) shall not

operate to increase Shipper's MDTQ or Western's delivery

obligation as set forth in Article I of this Agreement.

4.2 The Delivery Point(s) and Maximum Daily Quantity

for each point for all gas delivered by Western to Shipper

or for the account of Shipper, under this Agreement shall be

at the Primary Delivery Point(s) as set forth in Exhibit B
