17.6 Western shall have the right not to accept, for

the account of Shipper, from any Receipt Point, a

quantity of gas that is less than fifteen (15)

Dth per day, so as to avoid measurement problems

relative to small volumes and disproportionate

administrative burdens.

17.7 Daily operational allocations after the gas has

flowed will be reported within one business day after

the end of the gas day. If the best available data

for reporting daily operational allocations is the

scheduled quantity, that quantity will be used for

the daily operational allocation.
