GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(continued)
6.2 Failure of Meters - In the event a meter is out of
service or registering inaccurately, the volume of
gas delivered shall be determined:
(a) By using the registration of any check meter
or meters, if installed and accurately
registering; or, in the absence of (a)
(b) By correcting the error if the percentage of
error is ascertainable by calibration, tests,
or mathematical calculations; or in the
absence of both (a) and (b), then
(c) By estimating the quantity of delivery during
a period under similar conditions when the
meter was registering accurately.
6.3 Measurement Prior Period Adjustments - (a) For
treatment of measurement prior period adjustments, the
adjustment will be treated by taking it back to the
production month. A meter adjustment becomes a prior
period adjustment after the fifth business day following
the business month. Measurement prior period
adjustments will be reported with the restated line item
with the new total quantity for the day and the month.
(b) Missing or late measurement data will be
estimated and actual measurement data will be
treated as a prior period adjustment, with the
measuring party to provide the estimate.
