provided, however, if facilities are required, the
request may be made at an earlier date. All
completed Transportation Request Forms are to be

For Shipper's convenience, copies of the
Transportation Request Form are available upon
request from Western.
3.2 An IT-N Service Agreement shall be executed by
Shipper and Western following Western's acceptance
in writing of Shipper's request for service. In
the event the IT-N Service Agreement is not
executed by Shipper and returned within thirty
(30) days after Western tenders the Service
Agreement, Western shall consider the request for
service invalid.
4. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT POINTS:
4.1 Receipt Points: The Receipt Point(s) for all
gas transported by Western under this Rate
Schedule shall be at a mutually agreeable
interconnection between Western's facilities
and the facilities of Shipper or Shipper's
designee.
Western shall not be required under any
circumstances to receive gas at any Receipt
Point where the total quantity of gas for
transportation scheduled for receipt on any
day is less that required for the accurate
