(e) Western shall select the Bidding Shipper that is
to be awarded the Released Capacity in accordance
with the criteria set forth in this Section 9.
Western shall not be liable to Releasing Shipper for
any damages, liability, lawsuits, or other harmful
consequences resulting from the selection of a
Replacement Shipper.
(f) Western will post on its Internet Web site all of
the information applicable to the Released Capacity
transaction, and will maintain such posting for the
lesser of (i) a period of seven (7) days, or (ii)
the term of the release or any longer period required
by the Commission.
10. EXECUTION OF SERVICE AGREEMENTS OR AMENDMENTS:
(a) The Bidding Shipper obtaining Released Capacity
shall execute a Released Capacity Service
Agreement with Western in the form set forth in
this FERC Gas Tariff within seven (7) days of
notification of award of the Released Capacity by
