11.16 Routine Communications

Routine communications, including monthly statements and payments,

shall be considered as duly delivered when mailed by either

registered or certified mail or ordinary first-class mail, postage

prepaid, to the appropriate address specified above in

Section 11.15 and directed to the attention of the appropriate

department.

11.17 Headings

The topical headings used herein are inserted for convenience

only, and shall not be construed as having any substantive

significance or meaning whatsoever or as indicating that all of

the provisions of this Agreement relating to any particular topic

are to be found in any particular ARTICLE, Section, Paragraph or

Subparagraph thereof.
