OPERATIONAL BALANCING AGREEMENT (Continued)

(With regard to operational matters, Operator shall have the right to designate different

personnel or locations to receive notices from Viking for different periods of the week.)

4.7 Receipt Points - Subject to the provisions of Viking's FERC Gas Tariff and the other

provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation, Sections 1.1, 1.4 and 4.1,

Operator may add or delete Receipt Point(s) to Exhibit "A" at its sole option.

4.8 Conflicts - If there is any conflict or discrepancy between this Agreement and any other

agreement between Viking and Operator with regard to allocations of deliveries at Delivery

Points, the terms of this Agreement shall govern and control. If there is any conflict or

discrepancy between this Agreement and Rate Schedule LMS, the terms of Rate Schedule LMS

shall govern. If there is any conflict or discrepancy between this Agreement and the General

Terms and Conditions specified in Viking's FERC Gas Tariff, the General Terms and Conditions

shall govern.

The Parties' signature below will evidence this agreement to this Operational Balancing Agreement.
