8. Reassignment of Released Capacity

A Replacement Shipper shall be allowed to release the capacity under its Released

Transportation Agreement, provided that the re-release is not inconsistent with the

original Releasing Shipper's release request. Replacement Shipper seeking to

re-release capacity will be subject to the same terms and conditions set forth in

this Article that apply to Releasing Shippers as well as any limitations established

in the original release of capacity. Pursuant to NASEB Standard 5.3.19 (Version 1.5):

Transportation service providers should allow re-releases on the same terms and basis

as the primary release (except as prohibited by regulations).
