3.6 Allocation of Limited Capacity (Continued)

to such requirements in accordance with Section 3 on the basis of requested

nominations which are confirmed by such Shippers by telephone or by other means

of communication within one hour of the time that such notice is provided;

provided, however, that capacity shall be allocated solely on the basis of

nominations for the month in which such capacity becomes available and not on

the basis of nominations for prior months.

No Shipper receiving interruptible transportation service may be curtailed

during a Gas Day due to a capacity limitation which is the result of a change

in interruptible transportation service for other interruptible transportation

Shippers; provided, however, that interruptible transportation service may be

curtailed due to a change in interruptible service for other Shippers where the

change is due to (i) the correction of a previously existing condition of the

nature set forth in Section 10 of these General Terms and Conditions, (ii) the

correction of a previous scheduling error by Company or (iii) a request for

service by a Shipper receiving service under Rate Schedule AOT.
