1/ Pursuant to Section 27 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, a mechanism is established

to reconcile through surcharges or credits to the Rate Schedule LMS rate, as appropriate, differences

between the cost to maintain Company's line pack gas and the amounts Company receives or pays for such

gas arising out of the purchase and sale of such gas.
