maximum rate and the minimum rate applicable to the service

provided.

28. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING SERVICES

This article describes the information and procedures Transporter will

make available pursuant to FERC Regulations.

1. System and Service Information

Any Person desiring information on the availability, pricing, or

other terms of the transportation services may access

Transporter's EBB or call Transporter at 866-583-2867.

2. Access to QuickNom™

Any Shipper or Person may gain use of QuickNom™ by:

(a) Receiving a USERID and password for accessing the system;

and

(b) Executing a QuickNom™ Access Agreement and /or Electronic

Data Interchange Trading Partner Agreement with Transporter.
