Replacement Customers whose volumes will be reduced as a

result of the capacity recall by a Releasing Shipper will be

provided notice of such reduction via telephone to the

Customer's dispatch number. Such notification will indicate

whether non-critical penalties will apply for the gas day

for which quantities are reduced.
