(C) Allocation of Released Capacity

The Capacity Release timeline is applicable to all parties

in the capacity release process provided that 1) all

information provided by the parties to the transaction is

valid and the Replacement Customer has met the requirements

of Section 5 before the capacity release bid is tendered

and 2) there are no special terms or conditions to the

release. All stated times are Central Clock Time.

Gulf South shall be entitled to reject any bid which does

not match the minimum term, if any, set forth in the

release notice.
