12.8 Default Allocation Methodology

To the extent a complete PDA is not timely received by Gulf

South from the Operator and or Customer, the following

allocation methodology will be used:

(a) NNS Delivery Points: Up to each NNS Customer's MDQ, if

the delivery point being allocated has been designated by

any Customer for service under the NNS Rate Schedule.

Any remaining quantities will be allocated pro rata,

based on scheduled quantities to the other Customers

taking gas at that point.

(b) All Other Points: All measured quantities will be

allocated pro rata, based on scheduled quantities.
