GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Section 12
12. ALLOCATION PROCEDURE
12.1 Summary of Allocation Methods
There are two types of allocations: daily and monthly. All meter
stations will be allocated on a monthly basis unless otherwise
agreed to by Operator and Gulf South. For those agreed upon
daily allocated points, Gulf South will report the daily
operational allocation within one business day after the end of
the gas day using scheduled quantities if better data is not
available. Delivery point allocations will be performed at the
lowest level of detail provided by nominations. The time
limitation for disputes of allocations will be six (6) months
from the date of the initial month-end allocation with a three
(3) month rebuttal period (period in which a party may dispute
the adjustment). The time limitation shall not apply in the case
of deliberate omission or misrepresentation or mutual mistake of
fact. The parties' other statutory or contractual rights shall
not otherwise be diminished by this standard.
Gulf South shall use Operator and Customer predetermined
allocation agreement (PDA) methods, as set forth in Sections
12.2 and 12.3, for allocating Measured Quantities at all points
on Gulf South's system.
