(e) If Gulf South negligently issues an OFO, and Customer's gas

is taken by another Shipper due solely to an

inappropriately issued OFO, then Gulf South will compensate

Customer for the amount of gas taken at the index price set

forth in Section 20.1(C) and the Shipper which received the

diverted gas will not be required to make any compensation

payments to the Shipper whose gas was taken.
