"Winter" or "Winter Season" shall mean the five month period

beginning November 1 of each year and continuing through

9:00 a.m. of April 1 of the following year.

"Winter Season Daily Contract Demand" shall mean the maximum

quantity of gas which Gulf South shall be obligated to deliver to

Customer's no notice delivery points on any day during the Winter

Season.

"Year" shall mean a period of twelve (12) consecutive months

beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time on the first day of a

calendar month and ending at 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time on the

first day of the thirteenth calendar month.
